Many people choose Personal Training just to get them on the right track. The Personal Trainer just doesn’t help motivation but creates a programme specifically for your requirements.
Others members prefer to keep motivated by the personal attention they receive with personal training.
Once you have established your fitness goals, a qualified personal trainer will teach proper exercise methods to achieve your fitness results in a safe, fun and productive manner.
1 on 1 Personal Training either Pay as you go-

45 min $45
60 min $60
12 x 30 minute sessions for $300
If you wish to do personal training with a partner simply subtract $5 per person
or if you have a couple of friends who would like to train together with you Subtract $10 per person.
